Parents/guardians are requested to PHONE THE SCHOOL at 604-856-8539 in advance to inform the office if your child will be late or absent.

If the office has not heard from you by 8:50 am, the school will contact parents/guardians using telephone contact numbers supplied by families.

Our school answering machine is on at all times.  Please leave the school your message at any time of day or night –  604-856-8539.

Attendance/Absence

If your child is going to be absent, arriving late, away or leaving early due to an appointment, please notify the school of your child’s absence by doing either of the following:

• Student First Name and Last Name
• Grade
• Division
• Length of Absence
• Reason (illness, late, appointment, vacation)
